Movies With a Downtown View presented by Buckingham Properties is back!
After our 7th year was cancelled, we’re back for our 8th year with FOUR movies in the newly grassed, Parcel 5. Join us for these FREE outdoor movie nights.
Dates & Times:
- July 16th – Cancelled due to weather
- August 6th: “Black Panther” (event at 7pm & movie around 8:30pm)
- August 20th: “Jumanji” (event at 7pm & movie around 8:15pm)
- September 3rd: “The Post” (event at 7pm & movie around 8:15pm)
Food & Drinks:
There will be food and drinks available for purchase from one of our food vendors or you can bring your own picnic. Looking for more options? Walk across the street to the new Mercantile at Sibley Square or the DGX grocery store.
There is FREE parking around Parcel 5 and downtown (note: city parking is free starting at 6pm). Buckingham Properties has also generously opened the Midtown Parking Garage for FREE for attendees on each movie night from 7pm-11:15pm (access from S. Clinton or East Broad Street).
Sign up for our free raffles at the Washington Square Community Association table, we will have local giveaways from our vendors and food trucks.
Bring a blanket or chair (if you do bring a chair we ask that you set up along the sides or in the back so people on blankets can see as well) and come & enjoy the evening with us in downtown Rochester!
As always, the movies will be captioned and we will have an ASL interpreter on hand for all announcements and raffle drawings!
These events would not be possible without the support of all of our sponsors and volunteers. Huge THANK YOU to Buckingham Properties, City of Rochester, ESL Federal Credit Union, Hamilton AV, The Little Theatre, and Yelp Rochester.
