Washington Square is a thriving neighborhood in downtown Rochester (NY) with a mix of residential, creative, and business activity.
MISSION
The purpose of the WSCA is to embrace diversity by involving all portions of the community, build partnerships amongst the various community leaders, promote the community through public relation events and activities, and improve the quality of the community environment through ongoing cleanup and beautification projects.
VISION
The Association seeks to create a community of businesses (both large & small), residents, and visitors who will work together to create and maintain a peaceful, safe, and desirable environment for all to work, live, and play.
